I am a Reiki Master, Paco of the Q'ero traditions, and a Medicine Woman with a deep, heart-centered connection to plant medicines, including Kambo and hapé medicine. My work is to lovingly guide others on their healing journeys, using these sacred medicines along with offering psychedelic therapy, integration coaching, and holistic therapy sessions. My greatest joy comes from helping people release old wounds, heal deep-seated trauma, and rediscover their true, vibrant selves.
I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Medicine and Ayurveda and have been fortunate to study under many incredible teachers and spiritual masters who have guided me along the way. Right now, I’m also currently pursuing another masters degree in Transpersonal and Clinical Psychology at Sofia University, with the intention of becoming a licensed therapist by 2028. This beautiful blend of ancient wisdom and modern psychology allows me to offer a holistic, integrative approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit.
Currently, I am in the process of becoming a certified Brainspotting Trauma Specialist, for clients with PTSD, a modality that I’m excited to integrate into my work. Brainspotting is a profound, gentle technique that helps individuals process trauma stored in the body by identifying specific "brainspots" connected to emotional pain. It opens the door to deep healing, and I look forward to offering this transformative tool to support my clients on their personal journeys of recovery and growth.
My mission is to create spaces of love, peace, and profound transformation, where people can reconnect with their true essence and step into their fullest potential. By blending ancient healing traditions with modern therapeutic practices, I aim to guide you on a path of deep healing, spiritual awakening, and lasting change.
My Path
In 2016, I began my journey into healing and energy work, driven by a deep desire to transform my life. I had struggled with depression throughout my childhood, and the weight of past traumas had left me disconnected from the world around me. I had lost trust in human connection, closed my heart, and withdrawn from others. Yet, I knew this wasn’t the "real" me. My true essence—full of silliness, laughter, joy, and a vibrant, positive energy—was still there, buried deep within.
The true healing and transformation came when I embraced plant medicines. It was, without a doubt, the most profound and beautiful experience that sparked my spiritual awakening. Through this journey, I connected with universal energy and felt the oneness of all things. I realized how deeply interconnected we are and experienced a sense of unity and love that I had never known before. This experience shifted me in ways I can't fully describe, but it was life-changing. For the first time, I felt safe, secure, and loved within myself. I was reminded of the immense support I had from the universe and the guidance I received from source. With this new sense of peace, my heart began to open, and my joyful, playful spirit came back to life.
Divine Timing
I have journeyed across the globe, immersing myself in spiritual practices, teachings, and medicines, each experience shaping me in profound ways. All of my mentors have entered my life exactly when I needed them, as if guided by divine timing. As I called upon the universe to help me find my path as a healer, each guide appeared, one after another, precisely when the time was right. Every moment, every step I've taken, every challenge and victory, has led me to this very place, to who I am today. In some mysterious, cosmic way, everything I've endured—every pain, trauma, illness, life experience, travel, teaching, and interaction—has played a vital role in preparing me for this path as a healer and my initiation into becoming a Medicine Woman.
I hold immense gratitude for all of life, in all its forms—the good, the bad, the ugly, and the magnificent. For without these experiences, I would never have discovered my true strength, my ability to rise from the depths of darkness, or the empathy to truly understand the pain and journeys of others. Most of all, I learned the greatest lesson of all: we are all one. We are all connected in this shared human experience, with everything that it entails. And in this truth, we find a beautiful way to come together, because in the end, we are never alone.
Let food be thy medicine…
I grew up surrounded by food, always in the kitchen. Throughout college, I was constantly experimenting with different diets and health regimens—going raw, eating only organic, and eventually finding my way into the world of plants. But it was during my senior year that a health scare completely shifted the course of my life. From that moment forward, I made a commitment to healing and becoming deeply conscious of what I was putting into my body. After all, this body is my temple, my vessel for navigating this world—and without it, life itself wouldn’t be possible.
I became a plant-based chef and fully immersed myself in creating something meaningful for myself. I worked as a consultant, helping friends open a café and a juice company, and eventually launched my own vegan food truck. Today, I own a restaurant in the stunning mountains of Guatemala, in the village of San Marcos la Laguna, by Lake Atitlán. I also cater private wellness retreats around the world. I’ve come to realize that food is another form of my medicine work—nourishing the body and transforming lives with delicious, nutritious meals.
We are all just remembering.
In 2016, I became a Reiki Master and began working with energy in ceremony. That same year, I found myself in India, searching for deeper teachings. By divine grace, I met my next mentor, a Vedic Monk named B.C. Living in the Himalayas, we hosted weekly meditations and yoga at the Thai temple. B.C. taught me Ayurveda and Transcendental Meditation, while also guiding me in the art of living in harmony with Nature. This period completely shifted my perspective on healing. I had once believed the answers to my struggles were somewhere outside of me, but B.C. showed me that true healing began with turning inward—getting to know myself at my core. My journey became one of self-inquiry, asking myself, Who am I? Why am I here? B.C. often reminded me that nothing in life is truly new; we are simply remembering who we are.
That moment sparked a lifelong journey of remembering—rediscovering the wisdom that resides within. B.C. opened my eyes to the many pathways to healing and awakening. I had been fixated on the idea that healing had to be one way or another, but he helped me see that it’s not about a single methodology or teaching. Healing is not one-size-fits-all. What if I could create something unique by combining all the ancient wisdom I had gathered from the Americas, India, Peru, and Japan? With this realization, I began to craft personalized programs for each client, blending diverse teachings to offer truly unique and holistic experiences.
Honoring Maharishi Mahesh
While in India, I was introduced to the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. As I practiced Transcendental Meditation and immersed myself in Ayurveda for several years, I began to experience a profound sense of balance and alignment in my body. The simplicity and power of these teachings were so transformative that I felt compelled to share them with the world. I wanted to help others discover the same balance in their bodies and freedom in their minds.
This led me to dive deeper into the study of consciousness, the Science of Being, and the Art of Living. I began my journey of teaching Transcendental Meditation, becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and ultimately earning my Master's degree in Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. My path became a fusion of solid scientific knowledge and the boundless realm of spirit and consciousness, bridging the two to offer a holistic approach to healing and well-being.
The medicine path…
All of my shamanic teachings come from Peru, specifically the Sacred Valley, where I’ve had the privilege of learning from various indigenous tribes. I’ve studied Andean Cosmology, worked with the medicine wheel, and trained as a Paco—a ceremonial practitioner skilled in holding space and facilitating deep healing through connection with nature and the spirits that inhabit it.
These teachings have been passed down through the Q’ero people, the native descendants of the Incas, who reside in the Andes of Peru. The path of the Paco is about cultivating ceremony in everyday life and offering blessings to those we serve. The Andean way is rooted in the heart, with teachings that are deeply centered in munay—the energy of love. It’s a profound connection to the earth and all the spirits living within the elements of nature. This path is about building relationships with the land, the water, the spirits, and our guides, seeking their support in navigating life, healing, and relationships.
Plant Medicines
Immersing myself in the world of plant medicines, I discovered some of the greatest gifts of my life: freedom, healing, and a clear sense of my path. These shamanic medicines held incredible power to transform the body, mind, and spirit. Through them, I was able to release years of trauma, pain, and old programming, finally freeing myself from the beliefs and stories that had been holding me back from living the life I truly deserved.
After a Bufo ceremony, my next mentor appeared, and it was in that moment that I fully realized my dharma and my calling to do this work for the world. It cracked me open, awakening me to my purpose and showing me how I could help others step into their own healing. I apprenticed under her, learning to work with Kambo, Hapè (tobacco snuff), and Tepezcohuite (Mayan Aya), serving the medicines and connecting with the spirits to guide individuals toward transcendence and healing.
For the first time in my life, I knew exactly why I was here. This was my path, the reason I came to this planet—to help others heal and reconnect with their own power. Today, I offer private one-on-one sessions and group ceremonies with a variety of plant medicines, each tailored to the specific needs and intentions of my clients, helping them heal and transform on their unique journeys.
Straight to the Source
Driven by a deep desire to connect with the source of Kambo, I traveled to the Amazon jungle in Peru to learn from the indigenous tribes. There, I witnessed the sacred process of sourcing the frog's medicine, including how they ask for the frog’s permission and treat it with care and respect. I was deeply moved by the local community’s efforts to protect the Kambo populations, from creating safe breeding grounds to educating villagers about its healing power. This journey was a pivotal moment in my path, where I gained a profound understanding of the medicine and its connection to the people of the Amazon. It was my true initiation into working with Kambo.
Sharing with the World
Refueled and inspired by my trip to Peru, I was eager to share my gifts with the world. I was living in Tulum, Mexico—an energy vortex and one of the most abundant places for ceremony and healing. The day after returning from Peru, I found a beautiful space and launched a weekly Kambo clinic, offering the medicine on a donation basis to hundreds of locals. I wanted people to experience the profound healing that can happen in this sacred space. It was in Tulum that I built a dedicated team of skilled healers to support me in ceremony. Even now, as we’ve returned to the United States, they remain by my side, walking the path of the medicine and helping bring healing to the world.
My Team
I always work in a team of highly skilled magical humans. To hold the most beautiful, safe and transformative ceremonies it is extremely important to have a team of space holders present to support me as I work deeply in the medicine, to support the groups healing process and provide a balanced flowing energy.
Our team is here to guide you into a space where you feel the most comfortable to truly surrender into the experience, to have full trust in the process, release what no longer serves you and to feel the immense love from us and the universe.
A Modern Approach
As our world begins to shift into a new way of being, we find it is important to welcome in a new way of healing. We combine modalities from around the world, teachings and practices that can provide the most profound and beneficial transformations. It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on what program or ceremony is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our clients’ needs.
