Reiki is an alternative therapy that focuses on the human body’s self-healing mechanism. Helping you connect to a new sense of clarity, a deeper relationship with yourself, a closer partnership within. Temple of Light Reiki Circles we seek to honor our selves, each other and life. We come together in service to build a network of peace and healing through the practices of grounding the body and creating movement and flow. Each one of us will anchor Reiki in our physical body, connecting our light together and filling the spaces in-between. Sitting together, we consciously create connection and form a community web of Reiki and healing.
Reiki circles are open to anyone inspired to join, with the intention of strengthening love and giving gratitude so all life may flourish. Together we strengthen ourselves by uniting in the loving energy of Reiki. Each class includes breathe work, guided visualization and journey, music and sound healing while our reiki practitioners move around the room providing reiki healing energy to each person and as a collective. You will leave feeling clear, energized and grounded into your body!
